A Chance for a Political Change in Guildford?

The so-called pro-remain pact has agreed that Guildford will be fought by the excellent Zoe Franklin for the Lib Dems. With sitting MP Anne Milton opting to stand as an independent having, at last, stood up to the lunacy of Boris Johnson's regime could this possibly be only the second time in modern times that Guildford elects a Lib Dem MP? Let's hope so for the sake of the country.
