Ecotricity is certainly not standing still. Edie has recently reported that the company has planning permission for two hybrid energy parks utilising both sun and wind. Dale Vince argues that the combination makes for a more consistent energy supply. Well, maybe, but cold still nights will require something else.
Never mind - it's good to see someone getting on with it despite this government's woeful record in slashing support for renewables. Vince has a few pithy words to say about this.
