Still Evolving

I've just been reading an article about the increasing age at which women are having babies. Apparently the highest number of births per capita in England and Wales is amongst women aged 30 to 34. This has prompted a thought about human evolution. There is something close to a consensus that culture has taken mankind beyond Darwin's force of nature and that we are no longer subject to natural selection. But could it be that choice of later births will drive our species towards a preponderance of members whose genetic make-up favours such a state? Answers on a postcard, please.
